Johnson County drivers could pay $1.75 during peak times and 65 cents during non-peak times under an expansion plan that would add an express toll lane in each direction. Johnson County residents raised concerns during a virtual meeting Wednesday night about the potential toll costs associated with a U.S. 69 Highway expansion proposal.
