A new northbound U.S. 69 bridge is being built over College Blvd.

A new noise wall is under construction along U.S. 69 northbound between Blue Valley Pkwy. and Antioch Rd. The noise wall will be more than half a mile long.

A work area is being prepared for the reconstruction of 167th Street, which will occur in 2025. The reconstruction will include new south-facing ramps that connect to U.S. 69.

Construction is underway on the 135th Street bridge over Tomahawk Creek. The bridge is being widened to accommodate additional turn lanes eastbound and westbound at U.S. 69.

The 69Express contractor uses loop ramps at 135th Street (and other locations throughout the corridor) to stage construction materials and equipment.

Crews used massive cranes to set new concrete girders for the new southbound bridge over 119th Street. The work was completed at night to minimize traffic impacts.

The northbound bridge over College Blvd. has been under construction in November, and now has pavement in that area. In the center right of the photo some of the new pavement shown includes the future express lanes.

At Blue Valley Parkway, the construction team replaces the deteriorated end section of a concrete pipe. The new section will help keep storm water flowing, prevent erosion and protect water quality.

Traffic moves smoothly on the completely rebuilt section of 119th Street at the U.S. 69 interchange.

Structure crews place new segments of the reinforced concrete box culvert at Tomahawk Creek and 135th Street. The new structure will address structure conditions and improve flooding issues in the area.
